Inside Co-op

I worked for a year with Co-op to help them get the most out of their partnership with the Open Data Institute, and ensure a renewal

Through many meetings and discovery sessions, it became clear they were dealing with an issue: data literacy on a huge scale across multiple businesses.

I began to convene a programme of training, communication and content tailored to multiple levels of executive across multiple locations with the training team at ODI. At the same time we were working to investigate issues Co-op were interested in, producing research and white papers on various current data issues.

I used my client relationship skills to listen, understand and then deliver on their requirements, despite this not being a specialist subject of mine.
